Joel Burstein
Joel Burstein – attorney, notary, passionate musician, veteran athlete, devoted father, grandfather, and loving husband – began his legal career in Israel, specializing in litigation before Israeli courts.
Over the years, Yoel has focused his legal expertise on real estate investments and strategic business collaborations (Joint Ventures), with a particular emphasis on initiating and managing real estate development projects throughout the country.
He successfully balances his family life, professional career, Torah study, and love of sports – four pillars that deeply shape his worldview.
Yoel’s favorite areas of legal practice – construction, real estate transactions, property investments, and corporate law – align perfectly with his personal interests: tennis and skiing.
His portfolio includes a long list of large-scale real estate projects successfully completed and delivered across Israel.
Yoel also serves as Chairman of the Board of Hagihon (Jerusalem’s municipal water and sewage corporation) and as a legal advisor to the Mayor of Jerusalem.
