Our Team

Joel Burstein

Attorney & Notary Public

Joel Burstein – attorney, notary, passionate musician, veteran athlete, devoted father, grandfather, and loving husband – began his legal career in Israel, specializing in litigation before Israeli courts.
Over the years, Yoel has focused his legal expertise on real estate investments and strategic business collaborations (Joint Ventures), with a particular emphasis on initiating and managing real estate development projects throughout the country.
He successfully balances his family life, professional career, Torah study, and love of sports – four pillars that deeply shape his worldview.
Yoel’s favorite areas of legal practice – construction, real estate transactions, property investments, and corporate law – align perfectly with his personal interests: tennis and skiing.
His portfolio includes a long list of large-scale real estate projects successfully completed and delivered across Israel.

Yoel also serves as Chairman of the Board of Hagihon (Jerusalem’s municipal water and sewage corporation) and as a legal advisor to the Mayor of Jerusalem.

Yehudit Haddad

Office Manager
Born in France and the daughter of a rabbi, Yehudit immigrated to Israel after completing her secondary education. A graduate of the Bnei Akiva youth movement, she is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm. With strong intuition and exceptional listening skills, she has developed expertise in personal and family counseling, focusing on creating harmony and balance within families and couples. Naturally, she oversees the firm’s administrative and financial management, client relations, and operational efficiency. Thanks to her diverse skill set, Yehudit also provides high-level translations between Hebrew and French – backed by her deep understanding of both languages and cultures.

Eli Scheller

Attorney
Eli, a true native-born Israeli, is the professional cornerstone of our firm. With meticulous expertise in real estate law, Eli specializes in first-time property transactions and complex legal files, including urban renewal and TAMA 38 redevelopment projects (demolition and reconstruction). Beyond his legal proficiency, Eli adds positivity, humor, and a grounded presence to the team’s dynamics. He also has deep expertise in company formation and real estate taxation – both central areas of the firm’s practice.

Eytan Burstein

Attorney
Son of attorney Yoel Burstein, Eytan brings a unique blend of French and Israeli culture thanks to his bilingual family background. He began his career in litigation but now focuses primarily on advancing real estate development and handling complex property transactions. A former IDF paratrooper, Eytan brings discipline, endurance, and creative legal thinking to every case. A fan of extreme sports, he approaches legal files like a CrossFit challenge: with speed, precision, and relentless drive. Eytan also serves as our liaison with partner law firms in France.

Audrey Zahava Chetboun

Attorney
After a professional legal career in France, Audrey Zehava made Aliyah to pursue a life aligned with her values, combining meaningful work with personal fulfillment. She specializes in real estate transactions, property management, investments, and large-scale development projects. She draws inspiration from swimming, music, and painting, which fuel her creativity and attention to detail. Her legal background in France enables her to expertly bridge the French and Israeli systems – a key advantage for our French-speaking clients.
